He is using carbs that are better compared with the original ones on his car.
Hope that he shows up soon with the confirmation...

Hi Ricardo,

there is a little project on the way to replace the standard 240Z/260Z carbs with something better and it will cost way less than a set of triples AND give better ful consumption.

I have a couple of sets but I'm keeping them to try a set of triple 1 3/4" carbs on ths inlet manifold in place of the carbs planned - just to see what it give - à le style of a Jaguar .

Why not ? Better looking than some downdraught Weber and Holley set-ups and 240Z carbs are so easy to maintain and don't drink lots of petrol !

It is a realy good idea.
You just have to look for a correct manufacturer for the inlet manifold!

'nous' sommes en cours de la fabriqué.....et elle va accepter les carbus 'classiques' en triple et notre 'conversion' en plus des carbus 240Z.

A voir dans le cours de l'année sur la guepe.
