The Carburators are DELORTO 40 mm
They were installed on a DATSUN 280Z (voir ZX ?)
Main Jets are 135
idle jets are 50
choke are 210

I wonder why they are shown upside down?
The view from the top would be interesting to see the actual condition.
Now DelOrto parts.... not easy!!
BTW 210 are air jets. Chokes should be 36, 34, 32? for nominal 40 mm bodies.
