Performance Throttle boby de MSA, 280Z et 280ZX

Salut,

Sur ma 280Z j'ai changé le volet d'air suite à des pbs avec la partie de compensation de pression. J'ai acheté un "Performance Throttle boby chez MSA", et ben c'est de l’adaptable, au sens propre du terme adaptable!

Grosse galère au montage puis ensuite un ralenti à 1500RPM, la cause une vis de ralenti non fonctionnelle. Filetage refait, huile de coude...

Ca marche maintenant!

Tu devrais faire part de ce problème à MSA. ça ne t'apportera rien mais ça rendrait service aux autres et à MSA pour la suite.

The idle issue is fixed ! In fact the pb is coming from the “performance throttle body” I bought from your store: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PR...c17b15/11-3021

- In the user manual, It’s indicated to use the idle screw from the original throttle body (my 280Z 1976 in this case), but it’s not working. There is a pb with the screw thread which is too short on the new throttle body, and so when the idle screw is fully tighten, the air is still passing and cause the high level of idle.

There is another remark on the “performance throttle body”, the 4 fixation screws are not correctly ajusted with the intake, I needed to "play" also with the drill to extend the 4 holes.

Please double check these points for your others customers and perhaps if needed with your supplier.

I also restored the AFM configuration to original.
